PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contracted member disassembling tool of a simple constitution which can detouch a contracted member being contracted with a base from the base, without causing a burden to an operator. SOLUTION: This tool is equipped with a cutting blade 102 for cutting a shell part 11b and a flange part 11c of a blind rivet 10 along a shell part axial direction and, a cutting force providing means 400 for providing a cutting force to the cutting blade 102 for cutting a contracted part of the blind rivet 10. The cutting force providing means 400 comprises, a cutting force energizing means 410 which can accumulate a cutting force and provide a cutting force with the cutting blade 102 by releasing the cutting force being accumulated, a cutting force accumulation means 420 for accumulating a cutting force at the cutting force energizing means 410, and, a cutting force releasing means 430 for releasing the cutting force being accumulated at the cutting force energizing means 410 by the accumulation means 420 under a status where the force is reached a value at which the shell part 11b and the flange part 11c of the blind rivet 10 can be cut.
