PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate designing of a garage and a sharp-gradient roof, and to enable construction of the garage, a terrace, and the sharp-gradient roof, by using a giant beam structure in which beams constituting the house have strength, in a detached three-storied house for domestic residence. SOLUTION: In a three-storied house the skeleton of which is constituted of a steel construction, the steel skeleton mainly consists of giant beams 1a, 1b, 1c, and the giant beams 1a, 1b, 1c are allowed to protrude from the main body of the three-storied house, to thereby form overhanging portions at the respective protrusions. The upper surfaces of the respective overhanging portions are formed into terrace protrusions. A space under the overhanging portion is formed into a garage. Further, the terrace protrusions are formed on the side opposite to the protrusions of the overhanging portions. Still further, a portion at which the overhanging portion 5 is formed is provided with a sharp- gradient roof.
