PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam installing metal fitting of a boundary wall stud frame in a boundary wall part of an attic space capable of reducing the burden of a worker by simple construction work. SOLUTION: In a boundary wall part of an attic space by sticking a wall material to both sides of a roof truss via a boundary wall stud frame 3, and in the boundary wall stud frame 3, the horizontal part 3a2 is fixed to a beam 23 of the roof truss composed of H shape steel by a beam installing metal fitting 5, and a principal rafter part is fixed by a principal rafter part installing metal fitting by sandwiching the principal rafter part of the roof truss. The beam installing metal fitting 5 is formed as a plate-like body 51 placed on an upper surface 23a of a flange part of the beam 23, a beam installing hole 52 for fastening/installing this plate-like body 51 to/on an upper surface of the beam 23 by a fastening/installing means is formed in an intermediate part of the plate-like body 51, and a boundary wall stud frame installing hole 53 for fastening/installing the horizontal part 3a2 of the boundary wall stud frame 3 by the fastening/installing means is formed in a side part of the plate-like body 51.
