PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and structure, in which airtightness is held by the connection of a sill and a foundation in the periphery of the sill in airtightness in the hybrid heat-insulating construction method of the sill and the foundation in a wooden building. SOLUTION: Concrete forms using a heat-insulating material are installed for the continuous footing works of the wooden building, anchor bolts are disposed in upright at proper places in the concrete forms, and projected to the upper section of placed concrete, and a plate-shaped member having anchor-bolt inserting holes and wood for the sill having the anchor-bolt inserting holes are placed and fixed onto the top face of concrete while the upper sections of the projected anchor bolts are inserted. An airtight packing member is mounted so as to be extended to the outdoor side from wood for the sill from the outdoor side of the plate-shaped member, an exterior- wall corbel is placed on the airtight packing member and fixed onto wood for the sill, urethane foams are injected between the exterior-wall corbel and the concrete forms, and the heat-insulating material is put on the exterior-wall corbel and fastened onto the sill.
