PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subaqueous bottom embanking method by fluid solidified soil, which dispenses with large-scale earth retaining and can form a high-pitched slope. SOLUTION: An earth retaining machine 3 is provided for forming a protuberant continuous mound in an arrangement that partitions the interior and exterior of an embankment established area on a subaqueous bottom. A fluid solidified material A obtained by adding a solidifying material to fluid soil such as dredged soil is filled in the earth retaining machine 3, to thereby form a first stage protuberant mound 2a. After manifestation of predetermined strength of the fluid solidified material A, the earth retaining machine 3 is removed, and the fluid solidified material A is filled in the embankment established area partitioned by the first protuberant mound 2a, to thereby establish a first stage embankment 10a. Further, a second protuberant mound 2b is formed at the hem of the upper surface of the first embankment 10a, similarly to the first protuberant mound 2a, and the fluid solidified material A is filled in the interior of the embankment established area partitioned by the second protuberant mound 2b. Similarly, the necessary number of embankments are sequentially formed.
