SOLUTION: A hopper 3 storing spreading material 4, a pair of rotational bodies 1 and 2 for jetting the spreading material 4 to the ground while rotating the rotational bodies downward to the inside direction, a spreading material flowing outlet shutter 8 provided to the inside of the hopper 3 and spreading material cut-off shutters 1a and 2a for cutting off the spreading material jetted from both rotational bodies 1 and 2 are provided to lower positions of both rotations bodies 1 and 2, Cover sections 5 and 6 of the rotational bodies 1 and 2 are provided to both sides downward of the hopper 3 along the circumferences of the rotational bodies 1 and 2, a spreading material flowing outlet 7 is provided upward of the cover sections 5 and 6 of both rotational bodies 1 and 2, and the lower extension ends 5b and 6b of the cover sections 5 and 6 of both rotational bodies 1 and 2 are provided by having opposed separation from each other at a specific interval.
