FORMING MOLD FOR WOVEN FABRIC AND PREPARATION OF WOVEN FABRIC USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a method for weaving a woven fabric of an optional shape and further in a three-dimensional shape and a forming mold used therefor. SOLUTION: This forming mold for a woven fabric of the objective shape is obtained by preparing an engaging part on the outer periphery from a material removable after weaving. Warp yarns are stretched with the engaging part as a fulcrum on the surface of the forming mold for the woven fabric and weft yarns are then stretched on the surface of the forming mold for the woven fabric so as to successively and vertically pass under the warp yarns to afford a woven fabric of the objective shape. The forming mold for the woven fabric is further removed to provide only the woven fabric.
