PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a foundation underwear which has a freedom of selection between a case of using both of shoulder straps of brassieres and the shoulder straps of a foundation underwear and a case of using only the shoulder straps of brassieres but not using the straps of the foundation underwear, and which enables the easy wearing of the brassieres and the foundation underwear, and prevents the occurrence of a feeling of physical disorder, and poor and bulky appearance due to multiple disposal of the straps in wearing. SOLUTION: Breast holding parts of underbust 2a1 of brassieres 2 having first shoulder straps 4 are placed at the front and upper edges of a foundation main body in a dent state. The front end 6a or back end 6b of the second shoulder straps 6 of the foundation main body are detachably fixed on the foundation main body via a fixing piece 7, and the foundation main body and the brassieres are integrated by appropriate fixing means, and both of the first shoulder straps and the second shoulder straps, or only the first shoulder straps are selectively used.
