PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a danger by stopping rotation when wind pressure over a specific value is applied by respectively swingably arranging a door body on plural arms arranged on a rotary body, and arranging a reed switch at least in one of these. SOLUTION: A door body 2 is journalled between a top pivot hinger 5a and a bottom pivot hinge 5b protrusively formed in the radial direction from a rotary body 3. The top pivot hinge 5a is composed of a pivot block 11 and a pivot post 12 enclosing a swinging and restoring means in a specific range, and is installed on an arm 10. A reed switch magnet 50 is installed on the door body 2, and a reed switch 30 is installed on the arm 10. When the reed switch magnet 50 reaches a position dislocated from a sensing range of the reed switch 30, a signal for opening a driving power source of the rotary body 3 is transmitted to a driving system to stop rotation of the door body 2. Thus, when the door body 2 flaps by a strong wind such as a gusty wind, rotation is stopped to avoid a danger of a user. |
