PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a thin lance pipe hardly developing the crack. SOLUTION: A core metal pipe 2 for lance pipe 1 for bubbling and injecting gas and flux into molten metal, is set at the center of a frame body for forming, arranging a round shaped hollow part as the cross section having a splitting constitution along axial direction formed on the upper surface as horizontal pouring opening part. Refractory is poured into the hollow part from the pouring opening part on the upper surface of the frame body for forming, having the round shaped hollow part in the cross section, and is coated as the round shape around the core metal pipe and removed from the frame body and formed. Thus, the lance pipe 1 forming one side surface as the flat surface and smooth curving surfaces having the distance from the center of the lance pipe 1 so as to gradually increase the length as coming to the flat surface, in the radius of curvature at both side parts.
