PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition suitable for forming flexible boots or the like by blending a polyether ester block copolymer, ionomer resin, copolymer of anα-olefin with a glycidyl ester ofα,β-unsaturated acid, and various antioxidants each in a specified amount. SOLUTION: The composition is obtained by blending 100 pts.wt. polyether ester block copolymer consisting mainly of high-melting crystalline segments comprising mainly crystalline aromatic polyester units and low-melting segments comprising aliphatic polyether units, 1-25 pts.wt. ionomer resin obtained by adding mono- to trivalent metal ions onto a copolymer of anα-olefin with a 3-8Cα,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid, 1-25 pts.wt. copolymer of anα-olefin with a glycidyl ester ofα,β-unsaturated acid, and 0.01-5 pts.wt. aromatic amine base antioxidant, 0.01-5 pts.wt, hindered phenol base antioxidant, 0.01-5 pts.wt. sulfur compound antioxidant and/or 0.01-5 pts.wt. phosphorus antioxidant.
