PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure fluid injecting apparatus and an impregnant injecting member for use in the same, which are strong in strength and can be manufactured on a large scale and at low cost by using a general purpose machine without using a special manufacturing machine, etc. SOLUTION: This high pressure fluid injecting apparatus is made up of a high pressure fluid injecting nipple 12, an impregnant discharging member, and a packing member 16. The injecting nipple 12 is obtained by integrally forming a nipple head potion 12a at which a nonreturn mechanism for preventing back flow of an impregnant is formed, and a nipple main body 12b at which a rotating means engaging portion and a notch are formed. The impregnant discharging member has a pipe member and a discharging portion at which a check valve for preventing back flow of the impregnant is arranged. The packing member 16 is cylindrical in shape and formed of an elastic material.
