PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring about the appearance of natural soil by molding and curing a composition, in which natural soil, cement and a specified curing material are kneaded by water, in a fixed shape. SOLUTION: Natural soil such as sand soil, mountain soil, put sand or the like and a small quantity of normal Portland cement and a curing material are kneaded by water, and molded by a press molding type concrete-block production device and the natural-soil paving molded form is formed. Magnesium chloride, aluminum chloride and calcium chloride and potassium chloride or sodium chloride are used as the curing material at that time. Attention is required because defective curing and strength lowering are generated in case of shortage and the finishing of a surface is smoothed and natural feeling is damaged in case of excess in the loading of water and defective water permeation is generated. Accordingly, natural soil can be cured by a small quantity of cement while the appearanee of an execution surface can be improved by the feeling of natural soil, and a person can walk easily even in rainy weather because natural soil has water permeability, and the generation of weeds can be inhibited.
