PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pack filter for spinning having a simplified structure, extremely improved handleability, a long life and excellent filtration performances including gel treatment performances by integrally sintering metal powder and metal fibers. SOLUTION: This pack filter for spinning is obtained by integrally sintering metal powder 12 such as stainless steel and metal fibers 14 and 32. Preferably the metal powder 12 is mixed with the metal fibers 14 and 32 in the whole region in the direction of the thickness of a filter 51 or the layer of the metal powder 12 and the layers of the metal fibers 14 and 32 are arranged in the direction of the thickness of the filter 51, mixed layers 52 and 53 of the metal powder 12 and the metal fibers 14 and 32 are formed at boundary parts of both the layers, the layers of the metal fibers 14 and 32 are integrally sintered on one side of the filter and the metal fibers 14 and 32 are composed of modified cross-section fibers.
