PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a condensed pyridazine derivative having excellent antiallergic action in a high yield by reacting a specific compound having a nitrogen-containing heterocycle with a specific compound having pyridazine skeleton in a solvent in the presence of a base. SOLUTION: (A) A compound of formula I [Ar1 and Ar2 are each a (substituted) aromatic hydrocarbon; a ring B is a (substituted) six-membered nitrogen-containing hetrocycle; X and Y are each direct bond, O or-the like; R8 is H or carboxyl; Q1 is a leaving group] is reacted with (B) a compound of formula II [A is N or CR7 (R7 is H, a halogen or the like); R1 is a (substituted) hydrocarbon; R2 and R3 are each H, a halogen, a (substituted) hydrocarbon or the like; Q2 is a leaving group] in (C) a solvent (e.g. dimethylsulfoxide) and/or in the presence of (D) a base (e.g. sodium carbonate) to provide the objective compound of formula III. It is preferable that the component A is used in an amount of 1-5 mol based on 1 mol component B and the component C is used in an amount of 0-10 ml based on 1 g component A and the component D is used in an amount of 0.5-5 mol based on 1 mol component A.
