PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose reel for pneumatic and electric supply capable of easily taking up and unwinding an electric supply hose of such a structure that electric cables are built in an air hose. SOLUTION: A hose reel for pneumatic and electric supply is composed of a rotary drum 10 on which a cable-built-in hose 6 is wound, a hollow shaft 11 to serve as a rotary shaft for the drum and connected to the hose and admitting passage of the air and threading of electric cables 7, a casing 20 supporting the hollow shaft rotatably and equipped internally with a spring 12 to give winding torque to the hollow shaft, and an air chamber 16 to receive the air from the hollow part and sent it off and send out the electricity through a slip ring 15 to make sliding contact with the electric cable led from the hollow part.
