PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the ratio of use of plastics by assembling a paper container body comprising a main blank comprising a frame-like flange and a pair of side surfaces continuously provided on the inner side of the flange, and a sub blank comprising a bottom surface and a pair of the other side surfaces, and providing an external protective film layer on its inner surface. SOLUTION: A main blank 10 comprising a rectangular flange 3 mainly formed of paper and a pair of side surfaces 4, 4 opposite to each other which are continuously provided on the inner side of the flange 3 through a folding line, and a sub blank 11 comprising a bottom surface 5 formed mainly of paper and a pair of the other side surfaces 6, 6 which are continuously provided on the main blank 10 and form other side surfaces than the side surfaces 4, 4, are prepared. A paper container body 1 is assembled using the main and sub blanks 10, 11, and an internal protective film layer is provided to complete a container by closely attaching the bottom surface 5, the side surfaces 4, 6 and the flanges 3 by a thermoplastic resin film consisting of a thermoplastic resin.
