PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent gravel, sand and the like from being deposited on the center of the bottom of a muddy water tank even in the case of using an agitating device. SOLUTION: In a muddy water tank 100, an agitating screw 110 for forming vortexes in muddy water is disposed on the bottom of the muddy water tank 100 for the purpose of preventing gravel, sand and the like of heavy gravity contained in the muddy water from being deposited on the bottom of the muddy water tank 100. Also a conical cone 200 as a protruding member extended upward is formed almost on the center of the inner bottom face of the muddy water tank 100 for the purpose of preventing the gravel, sand and the like from being deposited almost on the central section of the bottom face of the muddy water tank 100.
