PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system by which the environmental assessment can be performed particularly in consideration of recycling of the waste and an optimum recycling method can be obtained in the design stage of a product. SOLUTION: This system is provided with: a first data base having information characteristic of a product, on at least any of the name of each of the constituent parts of the product, the material name of each of the constituent parts, the weight of each of the constituent parts and part blocks of the constituent parts classified by disassembling methods when disassembled and disassembling methods; and a second data base having information on the constituent part disassembling time by each of the disassembling methods; wherein in the first data base, the disassembling time of each of the corresponding constituent parts of a part block of the product is selected from the data on the constituent part disassembling time by each of the disassembling methods in the second data base using the disassembling method of the part block as a key, and the total disassembling time of all the corresponding constituent parts in the part block classified by the disassembling method is calculated and displayed.
