PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve delivery of an ordered item at the delivery date specified by the user as much as practicable. SOLUTION: A production control processing part 44 rearranges the production frame before the desired delivery date which the estimated car is securing for the ordered car when no empty frame to be allocated to the desired delivery date exists for the ordered car specified in the received order information as a result of retrieving of a production frame DB 50. When there is no applicable estimated car, the production frame till the desired delivery date is secured, and the production frame for the ordered car securing the production frame date before the own desired delivery date is rearranged for the ordered car for which a production frame is to be secured, and the production frame date of the ordered car which has given its production frame is paid off till before the desired delivery date. In the case a production frame can be secured till the desired delivery date but the production frame for components required to manufacture the ordered car can not be secured, rearrangement is made for the component on the basis of the component production frame DB so that the production frame for the component is secured, and delivery of the ordered car till the desired date is made practicable. |
