PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser diagnosic and treatment method and apparatus capable of executing exact diagnosis and treatment with a small size and light weight and excellent handling operability. SOLUTION: This apparatus has >=1 laser oscillators 1 and 1' for diagnosis for carrying out photdynamical diagnosis or autofluorescent diagnosis by emitting light from the nidus part of a tumor, such as a cancer, by using a tumor affinity photosensitive material, >=1 laser oscillators 2 and 2' for treatment for outputting laser beams 26 for treatment for the purpose of treating the nidus part of the tumor, such as the cancer, specified by irradiation with the laser beams 13 for diagnosis from the laser oscillators 1 and 1' for diagnosis, optical fiber probes 11 and 14 for changeably over introducing the laser beams 16 for diagnosis from the laser oscillators 1 and 1' for diagnosis and the laser beams 16 for treatment from the laser oscillators 2 and 2' for treatment and an endoscope 17 allowing the insertion of the optical fiber probes 11 and 14. |
