<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the dehumidifying performance by supplying a pressurized gas to the inside of a hollow fiber membrane of a dehumidifying device to remove moisture in a gas, taking out the resultant dry air from the dehumidifying device to supply to a gas actuating equipment and at the same time, supplying the used dry gas with the gas actuating equipment to the outside of the hollow fiber membrane. SOLUTION: The dry gas supply actuating system is constituted of a pressurized gas supply source 1 such as a compressor, the dehumidifying device 2 and the gas actuating equipment 3 and further, is provided with a pressurized gas supply passage 11, a dry gas supply passage 12 and a purge gas supply passage 13. The pressurized gas such as air supplied from the pressurized gas supply source 1 is introduced into the hollow fiber membrane of the dehumidifying device 2 and after water vapor is passed through the hollow fiber membrane to be removed outside the hollow fiber membrane, the formed dry gas is taken out from a dry gas outlet of the dehumidifying device 2. The dry gas is supplied to the gas actuating equipment 3 through the gas supply passage 12 and the used waste gas in this stage is supplied to the outside of the hollow fiber membrane of the dehumidifying device 2 through the purge gas supply passage 13 as a purge gas.</p> |
