PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and strong concrete form by mixing cement, water and ice grains to a mixture of a carbide of garbage and ceramic particles obtained by pulverizing glass, roof tile, or earthenware, putting the resulting mixture in a mold and solidifying it. SOLUTION: A carbide obtained by incinerating garbage is mixed to ceramic particles obtained by pulverizing a waste material such as glass, roof tile, earthenware or the like to a prescribed particle size in a proper ratio. Proper quantities of cement, water and fine ice grains arm mixed to the resulting mixture, put in a mold, and solidified to produce a desired form material. The ice grains are melted in the mold, whereby numberless fine holes are formed to reduce the density, and a lightweight form can be provided without reducing the strength. Further, the surface is subjected to a surface finishing such as coloring, whereby an outer wall material can be formed, and a resin coating layer is formed on the surface or a galvanized sheet steel is stuck thereto, whereby this mold is removable. Since the garbage and the waste material are used as the raw material, this form is useful for the resource saving and the preservation of environment.
|
