<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make suppressible the lowering of dust collecting efficiency by preventing the attenuation of the supply voltage to a dust collecting unit other than a dust collecting unit wherein a spark has occurred. SOLUTION: The electric precipitator facility is equipped with indivisual applied voltage control devices 1a-1d with respect to a plurality of dust collecting units 106a-106d in a dust collector housing 105a and, when a spark is generated in one certain dust collecting unit 106a, only the applied voltage control device corresponding to this dust collecting unit 106a detects a current rise at a time of the generation of a spark to attenuate supply voltage to prevent the spark of the dust collecting unit 106a. At this time, since the attenuation of the supply voltage to the other dust collecting units 106b-106d in the dust collector housing 105a is performed, the lowering of dust collecting efficiency can be minimized even at a time of a spark.</p> |
