PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make only a soundproof device get out of post sides so that the posts together with the soundproof device are not also damaged when impact is applied to the soundproof device. SOLUTION: A mounting structure of a soundproof device 1 is so constituted that it is mounted on the upper end of a sound insulating wall provided between a plurality of erected posts 100. Then, a mounting member 2 is provided to the upper end of the sound insulating wall, the soundproof device 1 is so interlocked with the mounting member 2 that the interlock is released when force acts on the soundproof device 1 from the wall surface side in one wall surface side of the mounting member 2, and the soundproof device 1. is so borne on a bent section 2A of the mounting member 2 that the whole soundproof device 1 is rotated to the other wall surface side for preventing the fall of the soundproof device 1 when the the interlock of the soundproof device 1 with the mounting member 2 is released in the bent section 2A bent so that the other wall surface side of the mounting member 2 is parallel to the wall surface from the upper end.
