PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically decrease the time of disposing and cost, reduce garbage disposal and contribute to the popularization of paper diaper for adult by containing a temperature sensitive water absorbing resin, which has a temperature sensitive point that is higher than a predetermined temperature in physiological saline solution, as a water absorption and retention agent. SOLUTION: A temperature sensitive water absorbing resin which has a temperature sensitive point of >=37 deg.C in physiological saline solution, is formed from an acrylamide derivative, which is selected from N-substituted acrylamides, acryloyl piperidine, and acryloyl pyrrolidine, as a main monomer, and is obtained by copolymerizing and crosslinking the main monomer with a hydrophilic monomer, such as melhacrilic acid and its alkali salts, dimethylacrylamide and the like. The paper diaper 1 is made by using a polypropylene film as a back sheet 2, a polypropylene type woven fabric fabric as a surface sheet 3, putting the synthesized temperature sensitive water absorbing resin powder of about 10 g as a water absorption body 4, and fusing the edges of both sheets 2 and 3.
