PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep cooling ability of a cooling gel sheet for a long time by having a water-supplying layer including water for supplying to the cooling gel sheet in a water-supplying sheet. SOLUTION: A cooling gel sheet 50 which is taken out of a covering body 71 is attached to a body to be attached (for example a front head section of an infant). Sufficient water is included in a water-including gel layer 52, and the body to be attached is cooled by evaporating the water through a supplying body 51. Preferable cooling property is shown until about 20 wt.% of amount of water included in the water-including gel layer 52 is evaporated, and the water-including gel layer 52 also shows preferable viscous property to the body. However, when the water is evaporated more than that, a water-supplying sheet 60 is taken out of a covering body 72 to attach to a surface of the supporting body 51 because cooling ability of the cooling gel sheet 50 is rapidly reduced and the viscous property is remarkably lowered. Water in a water- supplying layer 62 of the water-supplying sheet 60 is transferred to a side of the water-including gel layer 52 to be recovered to an early condition just after attaching.
