PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support most of the body load with two rear axles and to reduce the load applied to front wheels by stopping the steering of rear and front wheels by actuators if the vehicle speed is nearly 0 when a control means controlling the steering of the rear and front wheels by the actuators is provided. SOLUTION: An electronic control device 69 reads the vehicle speed with a vehicle speed sensor and judges whether the vehicle speed is 0 or not. If the vehicle speed is 0, the steering of rear and front wheels is stopped. If the vehicle speed is not 0, i.e., when a vehicle is traveling, the steering angle of front wheels is read by a steering angle sensor 71, and whether the steering angle of the front wheels exists in a dead zone or not is judged. If the steering angle of the front wheels is a deal zone angle, the rear and front wheels are not steered. If the front wheels are steered at an angle exceeding the dead zone, the steering of the rear and front wheels is controlled. |
