PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a blade and a frequency according to an object for operation in a ultrasonic operation device. SOLUTION: Ultrasonic vibration is produced at a hard piece 12 and is transferred to a horn 18. Two operation surfaces 19A, 19B, are formed at a tip section 19 of the horn 18, and have recess/projecting shapes different from each other. A clamp 20 is constituted rotatably by a control section 14 and is further constituted openably. When a high-frequency is selected, a blade having tiny teeth is selected, and when a low-frequency is selected, a blade having rough teeth is selected. |
