PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have both the temporary fixing performance having proper strength and easiness of mutual separation of paper by forming a roll-like winding part extending from a substantially start end portion of toilet paper to a designated range as a cylindrical temporary fixing part fixed with a diameter substantially equal to a paper tube core. SOLUTION: A cylindrical temporary fixing part A is formed by taking the winding start forward end of toilet paper 1 as a winding start end la, spraying a solution L containing a filler 3 formed of fine grains extending from the winding start end 1a to a designated range A to wind the paper with the designated range A from the winding start end 1a taken as a roll center part, and mutually fixing the toilet paper 1, 1 through the solution L. By the cylindrical temporary fixing of the cylindrical temporary fixing part A, the toilet paper 1, 1 to which the solution L is sprayed to adhere can be easily and neatly separated about to the end to be used to the last. |
