<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject device having a simplified structure, capable of performing a troublesome work process on only a carrying drum, and capable of improving workability by forming a trough-having drum as a carrying/cutting drum having a specific structure. SOLUTION: A trough-having drum is formed as a combined carrying/cutting drum 9 provided with direction-arranging stoppers 52 extended in receiving troughs and with a belonging rotary cutting means 12. The carrying/cutting drum 9 is preferably formed so that articles 6 continuously carried in a step-like state in the longitudinal direction will be moved to a latitudinally directed row-like cut formation and so that the direction-arranging stoppers 52 loading one ends of the articles 6 can be slid in the longitudinal direction with respect to the receiving troughs 51.</p> |
