PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of adhesion failure or the generation of shape-unstable articles by passing a lining material continuously laminated on foamable phenol resin mixture liquid being ejected on continuously conveyed surface material through a front heating furnace while being compressed from an upper and lower surfaces, and injecting an adhesion improver before finishing its curing reaction through closing of an injection opening at a rear heating furnace. SOLUTION: A continuously laminated body coated continuously with a lining material by a lining material lamination supplying device 3 on a predetermined quantity of foam phenol resin-mixed liquid ejected from an ejector 2 on the surface material from a surface material continuously-feeding apparatus 1 is passed through a front heating furnace 4 with a predetermined thickness while being compressed from its upper and lower surfaces so as to allow resin mixed liquid to be spread uniformly within the continuous body. A chemical injector 5 operates to inject chemical in the continuous body by means of a plurality of injection needles on the continuous body delivered from the furnace 4, which is subsequently sent to a rear heating furnace 6, and openings made by the needles are closed as a press conveying device with a finish of a curing reaction between the foam and the chemical, and then, the continuous body from the heating furnace 6 is cut into a predetermined dimension into articles. This constitution can prevent adhesion failure between the surface material or lining material with a resin foam, or generation of shape-unstable articles. |
