PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oily solid cosmetic free from a trouble of losing strength or settling during compounding, having improved adhesivity and giving no feeling of physical disorder after application. SOLUTION: This oily solid cosmetic comprises inorganic particles consisting of spiculate inorganic powder (e.g. silica, alumina or silica alumina complex oxide) which is three dimensionally bound to each other, and having an apparent density of 0.1-0.7 and particle diameters of 1-100μm.
