PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a machining diameter simply in a structure using the arbor with a milling chuck and supply a cutting oil to an edge tip without liquid leakage, especially, in a machining by a throwaway drill and end mill having a flat surface on the shank. SOLUTION: A collet 1 is constituted so that two slits 1b extending from the front end and two slits extending from a rear end are drilled respectively and alternately per a circumferential direction 90 deg. on a cylinder body provided with a flange on its front end and the center axis C2 of whose inner diameter is eccentric from the center axis C1 of the outer diameter. The slit 1b extending from the front end is arranged in an inclinationαdeg.=15-30 deg. for the direction perpendicular to an eccentric direction X.
