PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image transferring device which facilitates the controlling of the temperature and the transferring work. SOLUTION: A surface heater 4 is arranged at the front surface of a heating part 3. A cup as a matter to be intended is engaged with a cup holding part 13. A sheet, on which an image is put with sublimation ink, is arranged at the front of the cup and held by sheet holding members 14a and 14b. By operating a handle 26, rollers 27a and 27b are pushed down along the inclined surfaces of the sliding angles 25a and 25b of a sliding stand 7. The siding stand 7 advances, resulting in abutting the cup through the sheet against the surface heater 4. When the sliding stand 7 advances further, the cup retreats and pressingly held against the surface heater 4 by the face of springs with a pressing stand 11. Through the lowering of the temperature of a heating surface by the pressing of the cup and the following temperature rise, the twice passing of the sheet through the sublimation temperature zone of the ink occurs, resulting in ensuring the transferring and setting of an image to the cup. The direct heating with the surface heater, facilitates the controlling of the temperature and the transferring without fail.
