PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive lightweight laminated sheet wherein a core material and a resin coating layer are not easily peeled. SOLUTION: Resin coating layers 1, 3 are formed on both surfaces of a plate-like core material 2 made of foamed polystyrene. The plate-like core material 2 is a closed cell type wherein respective cells are separated by cell walls and the number of cells formed by dissolvinig cell walls by a solvent dissolving test is 2% or less and two or more with respect to the number of cells before the solvent solution test (8 ml of 95 v/v% acetone is dripped on 100 cm2 of the surface of the test piece of the plate-like core material 2 and removed after this test piece is allowed to stand for 10 min to observe the surface state of the test piece).
