PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a revolver unit having receiving pieces of many sorts and equipped with a function to select one from among them and a work receiving device equipped with a function to fix the horizontal or vertical position of the revolver unit any as desired and capable of receiving each work through a simple arrangement changing operation even if works may have largely different shapes. SOLUTION: The present invention comprises an index 3 to hold a plurality of rising and falling blocks 11 holding many sorts of receiving pieces 12, a revolver unit 1 consisting of a cylinder 21 installed on an elevating/sinking station 2, an elevating/sinking device 51 equipped with functions to move the unit 1 in the vertical direction and fix in any desired position, and a traversing device 41 equipped with functions to move the device 51 in the horizontal direction and fix it in any desired position.
