PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary shaft with grinding wheel which can install various inner diameters of grinding wheels to the main shaft of a machine tool, accurately. SOLUTION: This is a rotary shaft with grinding wheel which can install grinding wheels with various inner diameters made in a disk form, accurately to the main shaft of a machine tool, and a ring form bush 53 is placed between the main shaft and the grinding wheel, an oil pressure room is formed to either one side of the main shaft or the grinding wheel, near the inner part of the abutting surface to the bush 53, and at the position separated from the abutting surface, a feeding mechanism to feed the operation oil to the oil pressure room is provided, and the bush is made in a form allowable to expand and contract in the diameter direction.
