PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko ball lifting, feeding and polishing device capable of introducing pachinko balls to be smoothly guided to a polishing member in lifting and feeding the pachinko balls while polishing them by the polishing member at a high lifting, feeding and polishing efficiency. SOLUTION: A pachinko ball introducing mechanism 10 is disposed at a lower end part of an outer cylinder body 4 in a lifting, feeding and polishing device. This introducing mechanism is provided with a short cylinder body 40 having vertically long introducing holes 46 formed at a specified interval in a circumferential direction to introduce pachinko balls, and continuous holding holes 49 capable of holding two pachinko balls continuously formed on the inner side of them, and an upper end surface of the short cylinder body 40 is coaxially slided to get in contact with a cylinder inner circumferential surface of the outer cylinder body 4 through or not through a shaft bearing 40b, thereby pachinko balls guided by the continuous holding hole 49 to rise are smoothly delivered to a polishing sheet 25b of a polishing member 25 disposed on the inner circumferential surface of the outer cylinder body 4.
