PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide boots for controlling land leeches capable of certainly repelling land leeches creeping up from foot bottom. SOLUTION: In this boots for controlling land leeches, a pair of positive and negative electroconductive materials 5, 6 are installed through an insulator around each lateral surface of a boot in a predetermined phase difference in a mutually vertical direction. Ends of electric circuits 7, 10 are connected to the electroconductive materials 5, 6 and the other ends of the electric circuit 7, 10 are connected (through a switch box 11 for the electric circuit 10) to terminals of a self-powered power supply box 9.
