PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quicken throughput speed by providing a front end sub-system that transmits a ultrasonic signal to a region to be interested and receives its echo signal and a back end sub-system that processes a data sample which is shown by the echo signal. SOLUTION: A ultrasonic system 10 is composed of a user interface 12, a front end sub-system 15 which supplies input at least to a probe 14, a display 16 and a back end sub-system 20. A user talks with the ultrasonic system 10 by operating the user interface 12. The front end sub-system 15 transmits a ultrasonic signal to a region to be interested with the probe 14. An echo signal of the ultrasonic signal is received and a set of ultrasonic data is collected and then transmitted to the back end sub-system 20 and housed in a memory 24, then treated and used as ultrasonic diagnostic image information. Thereby, throughput speed can be quicken.
