<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new monoalkylamino-type phosphoramidite compound enabling an isolation and purification process to be omitted when being adopted as an intermediate raw material for producing an oligonucleotide and enabling a DNA oligomer to be synthesized in a high average condensation yield. SOLUTION: This new compound is expressed by formula I [wherein, B is a (protected) base; R1 and R2 are each H, an alkyl, a cycloalkyl, an aryl or an aralkyl; R3 is a protective group; A is H, hydroxyl group, an alkoxy, a trialkylsilyloxy; X is a monoalkylamino expressed by the formula HNR5 (wherein, R5 is an alkyl or a cycloalkyl) with proviso that the case where both R1 and R2 are H, methyl or ethyl is omitted] and is e.g. a compound of formula II. The compound of formula I is obtained by reacting a nucleotide derivative of formula III with a primary alkylamine of the formula HX.</p> |
