PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling and recovering apparatus capable of eliminating immense labor in winding a mulching film, having no fear of causing an environmental deterioration such as occurrence of dioxins, not involving earth and sand in recovery. SOLUTION: This peeling and recovering apparatus is equipped with a frame 1 composed of a frame body, a pair of right and left wheel supporting members 5 which are arranged at both sides in the width direction at the under side parts of the frame 1 and extended in the direction from the rear to the front, pairs of right and left rear wheels 7 and front wheels 9 rotatably supported on the wheel supporting members 5, a revolving shaft 14 rotatably supported on the frame 1, a winding drum 17 attached to the revolving shaft, rotating bearings 13 and rings 16 which are installed at both ends of the winding drum 17 and rotated together with the revolving shaft 14 and a driving source for driving the revolving shaft. The apparatus is self-propelled by a reaction force torque in winding a mulching film 31. |
