PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and stably produce a nursing culture soil having an excellent solidified state depending on the kind and the amount of a nursing culture soil base material or a nursing culture soil paste by mixing the nursing culture soil base material and the paste in such a manner that specific conditions are satisfied. SOLUTION: A method for producing a nursing culture soil comprising a nursing culture soil base material and a nursing culture soil paste which has an anionic functional group and solidifies the nursing culture soil through the reaction with polyvalent cations in the nursing culture soil base material. The nursing culture soil base material and the paste are mixed in such a manner that Y (me), the equivalent of trivalent cation, and X (me), the equivalent of the anion, in 100 g of the nursing culture soil satisfies the relation of formula I. Further in the production method, the amount of the trivalent cation in the nursing culture soil base material is measured, and by using the obtained amount, the nursing culture soil base material and the paste can be mixed in such a manner that Y (me), the equivalent of trivalent cation, and X (me), the equivalent of the anion, in 100 g of the nursing culture soil satisfies the relation of formula II. |
