摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a assembly which can be used easily, has no connection with temperature, is stabilized to radiation sterilization, suppressed in contamination of a cell and used together with a standard sample system by constituting it of an assembly that is composed of a tube container to separate a fluid sample from high a specific gravity phase and a low specific gravity phase and a separation body. SOLUTION: An assembly is composed of a tube 30, an occluded body 50 and a separation body 70. The tube 30 is made of a transparent hard material, i.e., a glass and so forth. The occluded body 50 is composed of an annular upper part 52 which is engaged with an aperture end part 32 of the tube 30 by an elastic elastomer material and a skirt 54, and a partition is made so as to be sealed automatically. The separation body 70 is constituted as a double separation body assembly including a seal body and an elastic hat-shaped flexible seal pertition. A fluid sample is conducted between a sealing end part 34 of the tube 30 and the separation body 70 with a needle which is punctured by penetrating the occluded body 50 and the separation body 70. Thereby, contact with an outer faces of all constitutive elements of the separation body 70 and the fluid sample, and a contamination of cell can be prevented.
