PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely and efficiently obtain globular products of a prescribed size by discharging molten metal with the dead weight or while loading the pressure and cutting the discharged molten metal into each prescribed quantity. SOLUTION: A rotary plate 7 is shifted with respect to a fixed plate 6. When a hole 7a in the rotary plate 7 approaches the position of a hole 6a in the fixed plate 6 and further, the positions of both holes are overlapped, the molten metal M starts to be discharged from the hole 6a in the fixed plate 6. During overlapping the hole 7a in the rotary plate 7 with the hole 6a in the fixed plate 6, the molten metal M is discharged so as to drip from the hole 6a. When the rotary plate 7 is further rotated, the dripped molten metal from the hole 6a is cut off with the edge part 7b of the rotary plate 7. The cut-off molten metal M is dropped into oil, etc., and descended from a heating zone to a cooling zone. During descending, the molten metal is cooled and solidified as globular state with the surface tension to form the minute metallic ball.
