PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for temporarily fixing itself during assembling. SOLUTION: This device 1 for disposing and fixing a rod, a pin and a wire for an external fixing apparatus in a field of orthopedic surgery has two jaw members 2, 3, and a tightening nut 10. The two jaw members 2, 3, have each a shape of holding jaw forming an opening 5 and a staple 11 (a resilient member) is provided thereon. The staple 11, in a condition before a final tightening operation is conducted by the tightening nut 10, allows holding a loop, the rod, the pin or the wire between the two jaw members 2, 3, to thereby act so as to support them at a fixed position.
