PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow inspection and adjustment of a full opening keeping device used with a self-closing sliding door having a door body stored in a wall. SOLUTION: In a self-closing sliding door having a door body 1 which is withdrawn and stored in a wall when an opening is open, a full opening keeping device 16 which keeps the door body 1 in a full open position is mounted on a sliding door frame 5 provided with an inspection cover on its front face above the opening A, and a tool 17 to be held is provided above the door-end unwithdrawn part 1' of the door body 1. Thus, the full opening keeping device can be inspected and adjusted by opening the inspection cover.
