PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unwinding drum device to admit placing rotatably of a long tube wound round, establishing excellent easiness in handling and operating through facilitation of the holding and setting, allowing a layout of multi-stage arrangement to lead to lessening of the area of installation, and allowing minimization of the influence upon the traffic. SOLUTION: A plurality of tables 10 are provided capable of being installed in the specified installation place and stacked one over another, and a turntable mechanism 30 on which a long tube P wound round is placed, is supported rotatably on one of the tables 10. Each installation table 10 is structured so that a joint part 15 is coupled with the end of a frame base 11 in upright attitude and that an adjuster 21 to make abutting in the installation place and leg-form coupling columns 27 positioned laterally outside of the tube P laid on the turntable mechanism 30 are coupled fast with the joint part 15 in such a way as capable of being removed. The turntable mechanism 30 is structured so that casters 33 are mounted on the undersurfaces of the ends of a plurality of supporting arms 32 arranged radially on a central rotary plate 31 rotating on the table 10 and that a tube holding post 34 is installed removably on each arm 32.
