PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesive efficiency of a zinc alloy to a mating member, shorten a projecting time, and extend life of a projecting material, by using an iron or iron alloy particle as a spherical core and by applying the zinc alloy around this core. SOLUTION: An iron alloy is once crushed into particles and these are formed into a spherical shape in an air atomizing method. From these iron alloy particles, those having grain size of 100-1000μm are selected by a screening machine or the like. At this time, they are suitably sampled, and are inspected whether their sphericity is adjusted higher than 80% (their cross sections are photographed with SEM photograph, the sphericity is a ratio of a minor axis to a major axis of arbitrary axial diameters crossing each other at right angles, and this ratio of the minor axis to the major axis is 80%). A lot containing samples qualified in this inspection is employed as a core. Next, the iron alloy particles are fed into molten zinc alloy liquid melt at 420/550 deg.C, these are stirred for about 20 minutes, and the zinc alloy is alloyed and adhered around the iron alloy particles.
